RATES FOR MEDIATION SERVICES  

  • Initial Session Confirmation Deposit:  There is a $750 payment/deposit necessary to confirm the first mediation session.  This non-refundable deposit covers the first two hours of mediation.
  • Pre/Post Consultation & Document Review:  Hourly mediation rate will apply.
  • Out-of-Town Travel Costs: Negotiable and based on reasonable expenses plus time.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICIES 

  • Rescheduling::  A first rescheduling of any mediation/session with less than (5) days notice will be charged a $250 rescheduling fee.
  • Cancellation Within 5 days of Scheduled Session:  A mediation/ session that is cancelled BY EITHER PARTY FOR ANY REASON within 5 business days of the date of the mediation is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the entire session deposit.

** NOTE **  The mediation cancellation fee will be waived in the event that another mediation is scheduled in the same time slot as the cancelled mediation.
